Welcome to the Hockey-farm (www.hockey-farm.com). By accessing or purchasing from the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions contained as described on this website page and within the FAQ's.

• Consumer-Only Sales: This platform is strictly a retail store selling directly to end-user consumers, local field hockey club players, and academic sports programs.
• Anti-Diversion Policy: To protect our brand partnerships and comply with manufacturer selective distribution policies, purchasing stock from this website for the purpose of commercial resale, unauthorised wholesale, or distribution on third-party online marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay) is strictly prohibited.
• Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to flag, restrict, or cancel any high-volume orders that we suspect are intended for unauthorised commercial exploitation or bulk marketplace distribution.

At the Hockey-farm, we aim to get your field hockey gear to you as quickly and securely as possible.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days via tracked courier £6.99. Delivery free for orders over £200.

Once your order is dispatched, you will recieve a confirmation email containing a tracking link. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe arrival.

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 30 days to return it to us. Please contact us by email prior to returning to clarify the reason for return and notify us of the expected return. The item must be returned in the condition you recieved them - unused, with all original packaging and labels attached.

Please include your receipt or a print-out of your online order so we know who has returned the the package.

Once your return is recieved and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

• 6 month following purchase: We cannot accept any returns on sticks older than 6 months - even if they were stored during the off-season or unused due to injury. We will however in this circumstance do the best deal we can on a replacement equipment.
• Wear & Tear: Manufacturers wont accept general wear and tear or damage obviously as a result of clashes with sticks, damage caused by reverse edge hitting. These are considered part of the game and are expected to cause cumulative damage to sticks with repeated use.
• Faulty Sticks: If a stick is genuinely faulty, this usually manifests in the first few weeks of play. In these cases we will return the stick to the manufacturer for the final decision.
